about me

Somewhere along the way, I ended up running a company.

I live in Ayyanthole, Thrissur. I studied computer science at Thejus Engineering College and finished in 2026.

These days I'm the CEO of Neuva Innovations. I started it with friends from college, it became official on 3 April 2026, and today three of us carry it forward. Most of what I do, and honestly most of who I am right now, runs through it.

how I got here

It's a longer road than it looks.

A small town, two schools, one strange year, a college that changed me, and a company I'm still learning to run. Here's how it went, one stop at a time.

Mullassery

stop 1 · where I grew up

Where my childhood was built.

Mullassery is a small place near Thrissur where my father's family lives. It's where I spent my childhood, and a lot of who I am still comes from there.

It's the kind of place where people know your family before they know you. Growing up there taught me to be careful with my words and generous with my time. I'm still working on both.

You can leave a small town. It never really leaves you.

Good Shepherd Central School

stop 2 · Mullassery, up to 8th standard

Where I was a pure introvert.

I studied at Good Shepherd Central School till 8th standard. Back then I kept to myself. It was a few friends there who slowly pulled me out of my shell. In their company I first started really enjoying myself, and they're still some of my closest friends today.

my first line of code

The school started a new computer club, and only a handful of us joined while everyone else picked other clubs. That's where I wrote my first HTML. I didn't know it then, but that small club was the start of everything that came after.

You don't stop being shy. You just find people worth talking to.

Amrita Vidyalayam, Ayyanthole

stop 3 · after we moved to Ayyanthole

A new town, and a new version of me.

When my family moved to Ayyanthole, I moved to Amrita Vidyalayam there. New school, new faces, and somehow a version of me I hadn't met yet.

Amrita Vidyalayam is where my character was built. I started saying yes to things I had never tried before. I acted in dramas. I took on responsibilities and learned what it actually means to lead a group of people. I started conducting events, and found out I liked being the one holding things together.

stop 4 · the covid year

The year that went missing.

Covid took a whole year of that school life away. Right when I was finally comfortable leading, everything moved to screens at home. No stage, no events, no crowded corridors. I still feel a little sad about that year.

Some years don't come back. You just learn to use the next ones better.

Thejus Engineering College

stop 5 · B.Tech, 2022 to 2026

Where everything changed.

College was life changing for me. For the first time, I found friends who were a lot like me, at least to a certain extent. We pushed each other, argued about code at odd hours, and I fell even more in love with computer science.

I coordinated events, led student chapters, and slowly got comfortable speaking in front of a room. None of it happened overnight. It took me all four years to get there. But I did get there.

The right friends don't change who you are. They show you more of it.

Off the clock

stop 6 · words, music, badminton

The things I do when nobody's paying me.

I write. Sometimes it's notes like the ones on this page, sometimes it's fanfiction, the kind where you borrow a world you love and ask what happens next. I play a lot of badminton, mostly to clear my head.

And I write songs. One of them, Kanavil, I wrote with my friends, and we actually released it. Hearing your own words sung back to you is a feeling I still can't describe properly.

Neuva Innovations

stop 7 · 4th year, and now

Where it's all going.

In my fourth year, Neuva started taking shape, with a few of my friends around the same table. On 3 April 2026 it became official. Some of us moved on to their own things since. Today three of us are taking it forward.

the company

Neuva Innovations

Software studio · Thrissur, Kerala · incorporated 3 April 2026

Neuva didn't start in an office. It started after class, with a few of us staying back to argue about how something should be built.

At some point we stopped arguing and started building for real people. That was the whole plan, really.

what we do

We build things people actually use.

Websites, apps and AI tools for businesses, colleges and people who just need something to work. We help early startups figure out what to build first. And we take students in, so they learn on real projects instead of only in classrooms.

how we work

Growth is a shared equation.

When our clients grow, we grow. When we grow, the students around us get more chances. That's the deal, and we try to keep it honest.

  • Think first. We figure out what you actually need before anyone writes code.
  • Build it to last.Clean code that the next person can pick up without crying.
  • Real over pretty. What works in production matters more than what looks good in a deck.
  • Stay after launch. We plan for your next step, not just this one.

the team

We started as nine. Now we're three.

Six of our co-founders moved on to chase their own paths, and I'm genuinely glad for them. Godson, Alfred and I stayed to keep building the world all nine of us started.

  • CTOGodson M Dran the AWS workshop with me

and six who helped us start. thank you.

People leave to chase their own dreams. That isn't a loss. That's the whole point.

where we're going

From a studio to an incubator.

Right now we're a service company, and we're proud of that. Where we want to go is a product incubator: finding good ideas, often from students, and giving them the technical ground to grow.

Kerala has more than 150 engineering colleges, and a lot of talent that never gets seen. We'd like to change that, one campus at a time.

A company is just a group of friends who agreed to keep showing up.

milestones

A few things I'm proud of.

None of these happened alone, and most of them started with someone asking if I could help with something. Here they are, in the order they happened.

2024third year

Learning to lead a room

In my third year I became the Campus Chairperson of the ISTE Student Chapter at Thejus, with more than 200 members. Planning flagship events, working with faculty, talking to the state ISTE body. I was nervous for most of it.

The next year I stayed on as Secretary and helped the new team find its feet, until May 2026.

Titles end. The people you worked with stay.

2025June to November

The months I learned to ship

I joined NarrowLabs Technologies in Bengaluru as a development intern, working remotely for six months. I built AI chatbots and knowledge bases on AWS Bedrock with RAG, upgraded an internal ticketing system people used every day, and made a small Phaser.js browser game for a movie launch.

It taught me what happens after the demo, which is where most of the real work is.

2025a busy year

Saying yes to every community

I became Campus Lead for µLearn and Learning Coordinator for TinkerHub at Thejus. With Alfred and Godson, I ran TinkerHub's Introduction to Web Dev study jam, where 43 makers built and hosted their first websites.

Then I took on Chairperson of iBiTz, our CSE association, for 2025 to 2026. Somewhere in between I also started doing orientation talks, the biggest one for more than 150 new students.

20267 January

A full day of AWS

Godson and I ran CloudLaunch, an AWS Essentials workshop organised by iBiTz. Thirty-four students, one computer lab, from half past nine till almost four. Lambda, DynamoDB and API Gateway, all hands on. It was also our way of finding people who wanted to build with us.

202613 March

A special mention

At IEDC's Business Innovation Superleague (BIS 1.0) at Jawaharlal College of Engineering and Technology, I stood in front of investors and pitched The Sandbox, our idea for a campus freelance platform where students build real portfolios before they graduate. We didn't take home the top prize, but the judges gave us a special mention. That one stayed with me.

You don't need to win the room. You need one person in it to remember you.

Making it official

Neuva Innovations LLP was incorporated. After months of building it between classes, it finally had a name on paper. A month later I finished my degree, and Neuva became my full-time job.

My friends and I wrote and released Kanavil. It isn't a business milestone, but it might be the one I'm proudest of.

Teaching is part of the job.

It's also how I meet half the people I end up working with. Some of my favourite days were spent in a computer lab with thirty people and one projector.

what I've figured out so far

People say the world is not built for nice people. But here I am. I'm still alive.

A few years in, this is what I've understood. People want something of value from each other. Sometimes it's love, sometimes it's help, sometimes it's money. Everything is a trade. That's life without the sugarcoating.

I tell everyone not to give their skills away for free. Then I go and do exactly that. I'm still working on it.
